attention of the waiters in the restaurant. My son went to ask for 4 towels, we are 4 in two rooms, person who attended him said that only two would be enough, my wife had to go for the other two, badly. shower area is very dangerous, slippery floor and there is no place to hold on to for safety. water comes out of the shower to the rest of the floor

The hotel is beautiful, the attention of all staff unbeatable, very attentive and pleasant. Ivan is charming and makes you feel at home! The great breakfast, according to all tastes. . The private beach with access to the dead sea is very beautiful.

At the Thai restaurant they took too long to bring us dinner, although the quality of the food was good.

The heated panoramic king room had exceptionally comfortable beds. The location is amazing and lovely, making it easy to get anywhere.- The Italian restaurant served delicious dinner with beautiful outdoor areas overlooking Jordan.

The setting is magnificent and fab. Really nice food.- One of the most lavish hotels anywhere with numerous restaurants.- Decent staff from the receptionists to the waiters.

Everything was fine. Smelly wipes.

The line out of the hotel smells bad. They wouldn't let me drive a boogie.

Our superior king room had the best facilities. The room included a terrace and an iron, which we loved. The breakfast was always wonderful and fantastic.

Everything's perfect. Different impressive pools to enjoy, big rooms, comfortable and clean rooms. attentive and friendly staff. We would come back without hesitation. wonderful place.

The only negative, the price of the drinks, which is very high.
